On Mondays I usually blog with the Global Design Project. You may have noticed that I did not get my post up this week. We spent the weekend at the cabin and I was a naughty girl and did not get my homework done!
The weather in Alberta, Canada has been unbelievable for November, record breaking in fact! Tuesday we broke an all time high for November at 17C!! The third week of October we closed up the cabin. My Stampin' business and holiday celebrations make it a very busy November and December. We turned the water off, emptied the cabinets, unplugged the fridge and striped the bedding. The unseasonably warm temperatures were too tempting so we headed out to enjoy the beautiful weekend.
I could not resist taking the Global Design Project Color Challenge this week so I decided to create and share with you as a participant.
These Mini Tassels are to die for! They come 12 to a package, 6 basic black and 6 grey. They are hidden in the Halloween products in the current Stampin' Up! Holiday Catalogue.
The Basic Black layer on this card was created with the Cheerful Tags Framelit Dies. This die is designed with two slots so that you can thread a ribbon through. The dies are perfect for wine bottle tags and gift tags but made a great layer for this card.
Visit the Global Design Project to see the design teams creations and check in on what crafters from around the world are sharing for the #GDP061 color challenge.
Have a creative day!
