Welcome to the Stampin' Up! Artisan Design Team blog hop! Our international team of 20 designers will be sharing projects for you today that will be featured on the Stampin' Up! Facebook page on Friday.
The team was asked to focus on the SHINE ON SPECIALTY DESIGNER SERIES PAPER. This Kraft Cardstock is printed with silver foil designs on one side and colored designs on the back. It has a heavy paper weight like our 12x12 Kraft Cardstock .... and this makes it perfect for a scrapbook layout.
This picture is of Arturo and I at the theater when we went to watch Broadway Across Canada's Dirty Dancing. We had a great date and I liked him ... that day. When I set out to make the scrapbook page, I had the vision, and this was the only photograph that "fit" the design. When I was stamping it he was really annoying me and we were having a domestic. You know, the marital spats that we all have. I can not remember why I was mad at him, or why I did not like him that day, but I giggle to myself that I was able to create something so lovely during the mood that I was in.
