Welcome to the Stampin' Up! weekly
International Artisan Design Team Blog Hop.
I am one of three Canadians on the Artisan Design team this year. In Canada we are celebrating Thanksgiving this coming weekend. My family and I will be heading out to our new cabin for the very first time! We got possession just two weeks ago. My husband has worked tirelessly to move us out of the RV resort we have been in for nearly 15 years and into the cabin. I think he said he put in 30 man hours to make the move. My task this weekend will be to unpack and settle in. I am looking forward to the wood burning fire place, snuggles and family time! I hope this is the beginning of a new Thanksgiving tradition for us.
I have a lot to be grateful for ... my family tops that list.
This stamp is from the Holiday Catalogue and is perfect for journaling what you are thankful for! |
I punched Crushed Curry Cardstock with the new Note Tag Punch and tucked it behind the photograph. |
The journal lines on this page were created using the same I'm Thankful For Stamp. I inked only the lines and not the text part of the stamp. |
This "you" is a sneak peek of a new thinlit coming to you in the new year in the Occasions Catalogue. I was lucky enough to get this gem at the Stampin' Up! Founders Circle Retreat in September!! |
I will be sharing these scrapbook layouts with my stamp clubs in October. These clubs have the option to create this scrapbook layout or to create two cards. The card designs this month are based on this grateful scrapbook layout.
The envelope for this card was created using the Gift Card Enclosure Pack in the Annual Catalogue. |
I added a single layer of Very Vanilla card stock to the inside of the note card and stamped the stem with Soft Suede Ink. |
A Happy Thanksgiving weekend to my Canadian followers. Are we the only ones celebrating Thanksgiving this weekend? I know the USA is in November ... but what about across the globe? Is there a Thanksgiving where you live?
Hop over to the beautiful Lisa Harlow and see what she created this week.
Thank-you for reading! Have a creative day!
