Stampin' Dolce: Halloween Happiness

Mu-ah-ah-ah! Happy Halloween Friends! Our home is decked out in spooky decor, the costumes are all set, the candy dishes are full, the forecast is great ... it is going to be a wonderfully wicked day!

I am sitting down to write this blog on Wednesday night. Tomorrow we will have a fun filled day but I did not want to miss posting some fun Stampin' Halloween ideas!

Today I cracked open the Halloween Banner Simply Created Accessory Kit. It has been sitting on my desk forever! My Halloween decor is black, silver and grey. I picked through the kit to create this banner in under an hour!

I added the Banner Simply Created Kit (132699 $11.95), some card stock and Linen Thread (104199 $5.95) to create this. Did you know that the Banner Simply Created Kit comes with 18 canvas pennants at 5" x 7"??? That is a lot of banner potential! As you can see I only used three of them here.

When this banner was complete I still had a hand full of accessories left over. I had to whip up a few cards! I am going to give these tomorrow to the teachers at our school.

I just have to share a little more Halloween decorating ... When you walk in our front door we have a stepped display at the landing. I added some Halloween flare and used the paper banner and 8x10 framed art that we did in my Halloween Decor class this month.
